Poznan Studies in Applied Linguistics / Posener Beiträge zur Angewandten Linguistik

The series Posener Beiträge zur Angewandten Linguistik was established in 2011 by Prof. Waldemar Pfeiffer and, until 2018, has been co-edited by Prof. Waldemar Pfeiffer and Prof. Camilla Badstübner-Kizik. From 2019 on, prof. Maciej Karpiński is co-editing the series under the new title Poznan Studies in Applied Linguistics / Posener Beiträge zur Angewandten Linguistik.

The series has been established in order to disseminate research by publishing monographs and edited collections of texts from the broad field of Applied Linguistics. The thematic range of books includes foreign language teaching, multilingualism, translation studies, linguistic aspects of culture, intercultural communication and mediation, multimodal communication, applications of spoken and written language resources and technology, application-oriented studies in psycholinguistics, sociolinguistics and pragmalinguistics. The series is intended to reflect and promote new trends in the applications of linguistic knowledge. We encourage contributions from young researchers and interdisciplinary studies, texts presenting new empirical research as well as new theoretical approaches.
